20 Pine was completely reconstructed within the historic framework of a 1928 bank, the original Chase Manhattan Bank headquarters. An ambitious redevelopment completed in 2009, 20 Pine overlooks the iconic Chase Manhattan Plaza, now 28 Liberty Plaza. Former office floors offer residences their trademark high-beamed ceilings while reinforced vault doors celebrate the building’s former purpose. Every detail has been considered, using what was once there to create the foundation for what could be.
